Most of my painting
work in the last few
years has been
landscape and nude
protrait work. The
work presented
here is all oil on
canvas, with two
different techniques -
one is painting on
a canvas that has
been covered in
sawdust and PVA
prior to painting,
creating a very
rough texture, one
which is very difficult
to paint on. The
other is simply
painting with a
pallette knife, which
is less dynamic but
far easier to control!
